Do you think they could have a better hand than an Ace? I think it's pretty unlikely, not a lot of players would have the idea of checking trips, a straight or a boat on the river. AK is not likely either, most people will understand they need to 4bet preflop.
On the other hand, you could very well just rivered trips. It's not too probable they just checked a strong hand to you, but it is plausible you have a Q you checked on the turn.
I think if you bet very big (all-in) you might push them out of a chop, and maybe even make them release AT.
But in the end I believe you have too much SD value to turn your hand into a bluff, and you should just check.
