What to do vs min RFI preflop?
On one hand, if I call it gives the people behind me great odds, especially the BB. On the other hand, if I 3bet with med strength hands, I could get 4 bet or called by better from those behind me. On the other other hand, I don't want to just muck med strength hands in this situation all the time. On the other other hand, I don't want to call sometimes and 3bet other times because it undisguises my hand. Plz help.

You want people to 4bet you. That saves you lot of money cause you don’t lose with JTo to KJo on the J high board. Always 3 bet hands that you can fold pre or the ones that to want to induce 4bet/call. Only call with hands that you don’t want to 3b/f
Define 'min'?
If you mean 2bb: extend 3b range and if you mean limp: raise the range you'd open from their position is a simple and effective heuristic.
Min-raise = cheap flop. Just call more, 3-bet strong.
