Nitty fold?
Villain is 18/15 with 9% 3b over 200 hands
Is this a nitty fold? If I put him on a range of JJ+ and AK I only have 24% equity

Solid fold. Villain’s range is tight (JJ+, AK) and you’re behind almost all of it. Turn K helps him more than you.
I would say so. I get that ranges are tight and that the board favors villain, but you block straights, AA and KK ; and you're drawing to the nuts. If you think AK is trash, you might want to 4-bet jam it preflop.
