Should I just jam here?
He could have KQ...
Don't know what to take of this line.

Easy Jam
I don't think he would risk action slowdown with his KQ in case K or Q comes. If he has AA, then we get stacked anyways and die like a man. He can still have TT and possibly a 44, I doubt A4s. Probably best move is to call and x/c the river to keep any potential bluffs in.
Do you have any read on Villain or 3bet stats?
If we assume he is a solid reg with tight 3bet ranges (JJ+, AQ+) or balanced 3bet ranges from the BUtton (some Suited connectors, some Ax suited) I see him in many cases raise the Turn in this spot with hands that beat you or have a decent amount of SD value like AKss or AQss.
I dont see him raise with AK (unsuited), AQ (unsuited), AT (unsuited), that you would crush in this spot. With AJ he could also play this way but this hand is most unlikely with your blockers.
Also the raise on the Turn indeed looks like he does not want to risk action slowdown when a K or a Q appears on the River. (AA or KQ most likely).
