Turn jam or check back?

SB call 1BB (and does not have a full stack), Hero with KhTh raise to 4BB in BB, SB calls.

Flop is 6s8h9h, SB bet 7BB, hero raise to 18BB, SB calls.

Turn is Qd, SB checks, hero all-in for 65BB effective.

Afterwards, I thought that villain had filtered so much by calling my raise that turn jam does not have much fold equity. I can check back and realize my equity. If I hit my draw the money will go probably in anyways on river with less than 1.5 SPR. But if I dont bluff this combo what are my bluffs here? What do you think?
