I checked on the turn because I was scared of 10/10.
On the river should I lead for value? He will check JJ and QQ. This 9x will call as well as full houses.

Preflop was too small especially deep.
Turn probably keep barreling.
River easy check/ship
Villain has random bluffs 9x, st8, tt, 66,tx some random pp.
Donking out folds everything but his nutted range.
By checking you still get value from his bluffs.
Maybe villain even thin value like AT/jj type hands.
You showed some weakness, representing Tx / 88, maybe JJ. He may value bet Kx, straights and add in some bluffs too. So you should squeeze out some additional money compared to regular bet.
Definitely a bet turn. You get value from draws, QQ JJ, and sometimes ATs KTs that he might have called preflop.
Remember that when a T shows up on the board, he only has 3 combos of TT in his range - you shouldn't be scared of that. Yes, sometimes it happens, but there are so many other combos you are still taking value from

What do you think villains continuing range looks like vs the check ship on the river? as opposed to choosing a smaller sizing? wouldn't hero just be folding out all of villains bluffs?
So just bet, bet , bet and if he has a 9 or 10 10 if go broke without the K.
