Training / Study tools in 2025?

Hey

So i've done quite a bit of research, but im coming up short with detailed information.

I recently started up on some NL10 again, i used to grind quite a bit higher, but it's been many years, and havn't been serious about poker for quite some time.

I tried Upswing lab back when it was first released, and these past few years i used GTO+ as my study tool, but i would really like to hear some inputs on what tools are worth the money?

My own thoughts:
1: GTOWizard - And just practice vs GTO / Study spots - Somewhat cheap 69$ monthly, and it's easy to access and get going.
2: Upswing lab 2.0 - I liked the structure in upswing's previous lab, but disliked the content, so im unsure if 2.0 is actually worth it? it havn't had the best review from what i can find.
3: Run it once essential and just do normal videos
4: ??? Anything i've missed?

Basicly i want help getting my edge back to beat NL50 or NL100, im by no means new to GTO, but i just feel uncomfortable in too many spots right now, so i feel it's well worth it to buy some sort of training / educational info, to get going, and assist my travelt though the stakes.

Right now: NL10 with a 11bb/100 aprox 190k hands (only staying because i still have alot of uncomfortable spots)
Long term goal: NL50 or NL100 with a positive winrate

Question: What training site / Tool can help me get there? For a maximum of 100$ a month (would prefer around 50-75, but can go up to 100).

Merry Christmas to every helpful soul that post, and for that matter anyone who stop by, but doesn't have anything to say 😃

Ps. if there is some crusher at NL50 or NL100 who is looking to test out coaching, i might also be interested, in the process, right now my cap with 100 monthly make a coach not possible.

Well, first you need to just move up. 11bb/100 over 190k hands is demonstrating you would likely win at a couple limits above what you're currently playing. As for your specific question, I think the things you have listed are reasonable. In the end, though, it really depends on how you interact with the content/software you're going to be using to improve. You have options for video content like runitonce/upswing, and then solver software like gto+, piosolver, etc. and then for interactive library solves like gtowizard. Having your own solver is more useful, but also requires a decent computer and is more time intensive but doesn't come with a monthly fee.

There is also an MDA site that is very powerful for evaluating population data for various sites which can aid in studying MDA type information:

Nice to see this post, as I myself am also looking for ways to improve. I'll just look at this post from time to time.

Id say start with the basics and read david sklankys NL hold em theory and practice and combine that with gto software, then start grinding again
