Not sure what "IP" stands for in the thread title, but you are not In Position in this hand.
On the flop yes the price is very cheap, but your hand is pretty weak. Hitting an A improves your hand but you are still not happy playing a big pot. I'm not too sure about your call here.
On the river it's far too often just a Q. Yes sometimes they are bluffing, but nowhere close enough to the bluff frequency they are supposed to have when using this massive overbet (almost 1 bluff for 1 value bet).
At microstakes we have to play a lot of these multiway pots, quite often out of position, because our opponents cold call so much preflop. I feel those spots are quite hard and as far as I know there is not a lot of related material to study. I personally play them very cautiously, with a lot of check/folding when I whiffed the board. I don't pretend it's optimal (at all), but I believe there is some merit to it.
I think you can just fold flop on this board multiway and not lose any sleep for it.
If that was a 1v1 situation, then I don't mind a x/c with strong A-high. However, having a J blocks their JT, which is both good (less scary if K or 9 falls) and bad (you block their bluffing range).
With more players you need to be tighter, cause the minimum defense frequencies distribute to other players and this time it's SB's job to defend, so you can just fold 😀
On the flop in a multiway pot, if you think it's close and you're not directly drawing to a nutted hand, then it's a fold. Almost everyone at low/micro stakes has the leak of defending flop too wide in these multiway hands.
