How To Play Flush Draws

I am trying to get my VPIP up a bit in NL2 6-Max so I am mixing in suited connectors and suited one gappers but I am having a hard time playing them post-flop with flush draws.

Do we tend to play them aggressively and bet out or do we play them passively and try to draw out cheap?

Do we tend to play them differently Heads-Up and Multiway, OOP and IP?
