Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q J

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (12 BB, 4 players) 5 2 J
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 7.5 BB, BTN raises to 15 BB, fold, fold, fold,

Here, my only curiosity is if it is correct to fold here. I folded because the villain raised my c-bet in a 4-way pot. I was inclined to call because another would give me the flush (albeit not the nut flush), plus a Q could be an out, if there is a top pair lurking around. However, if he flopped a set, then my chances are not so great, and if he has A x, I am drawing dead.

Fold preflop
Check flop

Reasoning after bet seems reasonable
