My thoughts are: Preflop and Flop is okay and probably should be almost always be played like that. Both pre and on flop I could make an argument for the occasional reraise, but standard should be the call. Turn is closer, but probably in this spot still a pretty easy call. With a let's say 7 high flushdraw I would probably consider folding even, def not with the Q. Not for this sizing anyway. I think I might have a harder time if he'd B150 or something like that on turn. River is super close I think. It's tempting to hero check behind, but I think now that this is such an overbluffed spot, I could probably thinly bet for value here sometimes. Would have to be something innocuous like half pot or B60 maybe. Something so stupid, nobody would ever consider x/jamming on here - on these stakes at least. So I guess I sometimes get called by a better Queen or here and there a bad K, but I guess he can also hero call tons of combos with an 8, even A high. I see him potentially calling there actually. What you think?

Your thoughts are pretty accurate.
Pre flop and turn all good and you should value bet river.
