****NEW**CONCEPT OF THE WEEK****Table of Contents/Masterthread

I've been a subscriber of the old content of the week thread since my start on
2p2, I frequently check through my subed threads and recently there seems to be a demand for some new COTW. I figured the thing holding back COTW from being updated is help. Everybody goes there and talks about how COTW is dead and, "Is there any new COTW?" Well I want to take the initiative and try to revive this idea. COTW helped me significantly just by going through the old posts and implementing some of the great ideas. I in no way claim that this revival is going to be as good as the first run or that this will even take off. I honestly wouldn't be that upraised if it is a total bust, but I want to at least try.

If you want to pitch in or have an idea regarding topics feel free to pm me. I already have one volunteer to help, but definitely need some more. Authoring a COTW article not only provides you with the ability to help others but also to improve your own game. I will be going through the old COTW's looking for authors that I recognize to still be active in the forums and pm-ing them about this project. I hope they don't mind.

I am launching this master thread today and plan to launch the first topic Monday, September 7. I will be authoring this topic. I would like to post a new topic once every Monday. I realize that we will hit the inevitable dry spell as far as ideas go so I have planned to throw in an old topic and revisit it. This would be where we look at the topic that has already been covered and revise it based on how the game has evolved since its initial posting. Of course we could combine a few of these together considering the amount of content involved in one of these types of post would be minimal, and I would suggest we keep these concept weeks to a minimal mostly when we have dry spells as far as ideas go.

When you sign up, you are committing only to start the thread, not holding yourself out as an expert. You can do so by writing a theory post, posting a hand history (or more) that pertains to the subject, or just asking some questions that pertain to the subject.

In the next few days I will be looking over the old threads to gather ideas for new content and making sure it hasn't already been covered, I will also get ideas on what content can be updated.
