How to find tourneys?

Unfortunately, they have gotten tourneys back up and running yet.

Apparently, they are going to have an announcement about it soon and a brand new schedule.


These new filters are worse.


I really want to like Phenom as I'm a big fan of Mix games - however, about 95% of the time I can't even join a table to play, constantly met with a "failure to join table" pop up. Or the other day I actually got a seat but then there was an error adding chips so I still couldn't play, so tilting. Do Phenom even have any engineers working on their site? I'm guessing if Isildur has a problem they're bending over backwards and fixing it super-quick... this is the trouble when poker players run a business, they have no clue or don't even give a shit about the absolute basics, see Full Tilt etc


I'll give this site max 2 more years before they close down. Nothing has been done to attract players and that whole mix game concept wont do it as those games are niche (what a suprise really).

Hello there, as a very frequent sender of USDT via Ethereum, I had never used the polygon network to send USDt before using your platform. Therefor it was an inevitable mistake for me to send to my polygon address on the ethereum network… Your Support staff directed me to the recovery portal where I am able to see the correct balance of the USDt, but I am continuously met with the same errr message when trying to complete the transfer… It has been almost 2 weeks now i have been waiting for the developers to address this issue and I was LITERALLY just told by your support staff that issues like mine “have to take a backseat”. NO WONDER why your player volume is so sad. A little bit of customer appreciation goes A LONG WAY!
Telling a member of any organization that they have to “take a back seat to more important matters” is bound for failure and any knowledgeable CEO/business owner understands this very simple concept…
CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THE NUMBER 1 PRIORITY! Are you KIDDING ME? Everything else should ALWAYS take a backseat to providing the best possible customer service!
I would have been very proactive in pushing my referrals to bring in as many players as i could, but now I am determined to close my account and spread the word to STAY AWAY from your platform the moment your developers finally GET AROUND to resolving my issue and getting me back my money… What an incredible disappointment to something that seemed so promising


Backseat totally understandable if u consider their huge playerbase lmfao.

They probably super busy solving issue after issue minute by minute.

That really sucks to hear, the support has always been really good for me and I've heard the same from many other players on the site.

I think they have been working on a recovery tool or something for your specific situation.
