Global Poker help getting funds
I have 3k online. Never cashed out from global. (my first mistake.) Last week I connected my bank info through their site. I gave them a bank statement. I gave them further information about my routing numbers, bank address, etc. Last week, on wednesday, they initially response to me in email. Now it's been 6 days, I have messaged them every single day for an update, and they haven't gotten back to me. Total ghosting. My account is in good standing, never any issues. They were happy to take my deposit and my rake. What the hell is going on? Has any one else experienced difficulties with this? It blows my mind a company can just straight up ignore their customers for a week. There is absolutely zero reason I should be having issues trying to withdraw funds, and my state is not a banned state. So what the hell is going on?
This is a significant amount of money for me and I really feel like they are straight up ROBBING me. If anyone has any contact info (besides their official channels) I would greatly appreciate it.
I am hoping they are just incompetent and they will eventually get back to me, but I am getting more and more worried. Totally unprofessional to not respond after a week!

In my experience they take longer than they should to take care of things but do eventually take care of them. Are you replying to the original email they sent you or sending a new email? I have a hunch some of their support people get things done quicker than others but maybe give them a day or two between emails.

dude it's been two god damn weeks and no one has responded to me. I have messaged them at both support [at] globalpoker and verifications [at] global poker and total silence. Does anyone have a point of contact? It's totally ridiculous I have been straight up ignored by them. Please someone help me
In a very similar spot. Did you ever get in contact with anyone? I cannot get them to respond to any of my emails. It's like yelling into the abyss.
