To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

My account was temporarily disabled out of the blue last week. I have been playing on 888 Ontario consistently for more than 1 year now. I don’t have any access to my account anymore, cant even talk to anyone using live chat. I have emailed them but they take more than 72 hours for a reply and have gotten no mail yet.
I have a significant amount in the client which is now locked.
Please help me regain access to my account.

Hello, 888rep ! My nickname : Mrwheelchair . I came across such a letter and it disappointed me. Why is my LuxonPay not suitable for you? For me, this is the most convenient and fastest way to withdraw and I do not want to change it. I sent the documents, but I want to keep my withdrawal method, if possible.

While the software should be compatible with Windows 8 based on 888poker’s requirements, the member may need to consider the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check for Windows Updates: Ensure their operating system is updated with the latest patches and updates from Microsoft.
Run as Administrator: They can right-click on the 888poker installation file and select "Run as administrator" to grant the necessary permissions for installation.
Disable Antivirus/Firewall Temporarily: Security software might be blocking the installation. They can temporarily disable their antivirus or firewall, attempt the installation again, and re-enable the security software afterward.
Clear Temporary Files: Advise them to use the Disk Cleanup utility to remove temporary files that might be causing conflicts.
Re-download the Installer: If the current installer is corrupted, downloading a fresh copy from the official 888poker website may help.
If the issue persists despite following these steps, we recommend advising the member to contact customer support for further assistance.

I don't know if it's a personal problem or not, but yesterday while I was playing at 888 the screen froze. All the screens I was playing on. I played normally on the other sites, but 888 froze. I lost two buy-ins, $11 and $16.5.
Below is a screenshot in which I appear with 58bb and at the same time I have 303 chips in the lobby.
Do you know what it could be? I have a good computer, I handle a large volume of data, all the other sites work perfectly and only on 888 did this happen to me.

in accordance to ne1ss's post regarding the frozen/crashing client - i'd kindly like to give feedback to the latest update on 888 client.
During the last year the client increased alot in stability to the point where everything ran smoothly and fluent, but unfortunately since the recent "new year update" i'm back to having multiple crashes a day, aswell as lag and unresponsiveness issues. I haven't changed anything setup/setting/connection-wise.
Could you please forward this ideally for further consideration?
