Two month ago, under the pretext of migrating to a new platform, players lost all rakeback progress, and the tickets in their accounts disappeared, even after the "migration", players who win tickets through satellites did not receive anything. The support always says that we will receive an answer as soon as possible, but 2 months have pased, and we in Romania have been robbed of tickets and rakeback.

I'm not the only one who suffered this, all the players in Romania suffered the same. Some of them even lost their accounts, even with money in them. Today in Romania, tomorrow it can happen in your country, so be careful!

I have received a request for document verification, and one of the requirements is to provide the front and back copies of the card I’ve used to deposit within the last 6 months.

The problem is that my card is digital (A digital card is a virtual, electronic version of a traditional physical card, such as a credit card, debit card, or gift card. It exists only in digital form and can be stored in a mobile wallet or other digital platform)

I have already tried to explain this situation several times β€” by contacting You in DMs, on Reddit, sending emails to the support team, and leaving comments in the cashier section when submitting my documents. Unfortunately, NOONE of these attempts have resolved the issue, and I keep receiving the same request to provide scans of a physical card, which is impossible for me to do.

Could you please help me resolve this situation or advise on an acceptable alternative (for example, providing a bank statement for this card)?

True God mode, when asked to verify themselves they send a blank picture, blank statement and pic of blank card and voila, successful verification. All of you others have been doing it wrong.

Couple of suggestions I think may make software more user friendly, this auto logout thing happens too quick and why not have it like Stars where the tables you had open remain there?

I am not sure why 888 does this anyway tbh, on other sites I never get auto logged out and on one I can actually set the interval at when it happens. Either the others are not following regs or 888 is doing a one size fits all reg.

Why it is not possible anymore to exchange all my gold tokens with one attempt ?

It is only allow to exchange 1000 tokens per 1 time. So i have to open/close 888club page every time and exchange 1000 tokens only.
For example, it is not possible anymore to put there 2845 and exchange it to 28.45 USD.
