It lagging like crazy for other people the last hour or so? My internet is not so great so it can be hard to tell.
It's the site not you. I was having a ton of trouble last night but it was always on only one table and the rest were fine.
Yeah, same here. Several times per session I am lagging so badly that I miss 1-2 hands in an orbit and auto sit-out, but it is usually restricted to one table and a couple instances per session. One of the joys of dealing with Ignition's software, I guess.
madmantisgaming on discord. I'm in a small group that chats about wins/hand histories but they don't play bodog. i generally play the 5.50s in the evenings but I do want to improve and get better to the other stakes.
Probably an anti-bot measure (req to log in first via browser), but it's so tedious. I suspect a lot of casual players don't even get past it.
The casual players usually play through the browser. 😃

Isnt the browser Version basically an 1:1 copy of desktop? What is the difference according to you?
My take...
The browser isn't a 1:1 copy of the desktop. The best I can come up with is to say that in the desktop version when you are at the the lobby and decide to play a table, that table opens a difference separate box so that now you have a lobby box and a separate table box (two boxes), where as, the browser version will open inside the lobby box giving you only one box. Open the four table max on the desktop version and you will have five boxes open, the four tables plus the lobby. Open four tables on the browser version and you will only have one box as everything opens in the lobby box.
Efficiency is creatively done in the browser, but the current version has a few flaws. For lack of a better word, I think the browser version doesn't work with some third party software because the third party software can't "hook" to the table. Also since the browser version is in one box, to open up a second, third or fourth table you have to cover up all the tables you are currently playing to bring up the lobby in that one box, because for the life of me they didn't do the simple thing that already exist in the desktop version and add the little racetrack box with a "+" in it to "open a similar table."

Tournaments shouldn't be starting with 500bbs. They should start with 100, or 150 at the most for special events.
And the 'lucky 7s', 'crazy 8s', and 'niner' tournaments that have 27,28,29 levels should instead be changed to have 17,18, or 19 levels.
Hell even the 'dozens' starts with 12k at 10/20 (600bbs) and has 3.5 hours late reg. That's really bad.

I uninstalled, cleared my brower's cache, reset the computer, reinstalled and it is now accessible.

When you say "reset", do you mean reboot or reinstall windows?

Thanks. I think I did this without success. But maybe not in the order you did it.
Every single time I bust a tourni before late reg ends, I get a "Table 0" of said tournament pop up over everything when late reg for that tourni ends.
