[Bodog/Bovada/Ignition] Unofficial Thread
This thread is to separate the Bovada-related comments and questions from the Official Bodog Support Thread, which is there only for questions or concerns about anything Bodog-branded.
There is no official Bovada Rep at 2+2 at this time, but perhaps if discussion is effected in a civil manner, one might arrive in due course?
Thank you.

Curious if anyone on here has recommendations to help with the high CPU usage on Ignition. I have an i7 12700 and each ignition MTT table still takes 11% CPU. I play on 3 other sites (ACR/Global/BOL) and none of them come close to this usage. Ignition is basically topping out my CPU and causing lag.
I haven't played on iggy in a couple months and I jumped in a spin for the hell of it. WTF is this blind structure they have now. It is about the worst I've ever seen.

I don't have an explanation for why, but Bovada seems to use less resources in my experience.
Started playing 2k recently and now IGN denied my withdrawal attempt and asked me to go through account verification process again. Not a big deal and just have to send documents back and forth again but quite annoying ngl. Is everyone required to do this when starting to play 2k?
Has anyone had to verify more than once?
They have been a huge pain to me in the past.
Making me withdraw wires through a family member, not even my own bank account.
Wouldn’t let me do crypto, etc.
I think if you’re crushing the site they will make it a pain to do withdraws but eventually they do pay if your account is on the up and up.
This was years ago though and they let me do crypto withdraws now and everything seems normal.
Bovada just sent out a bonus today for a deposit match up to $500 dollars that they then stealth removed from a bunch of accounts. People were confused on the forums and then their staff came to the rescue with their patented lies and gaslighting.

In what seems like a sequel to the last Groundhog Day I experienced with these imbeciles just a couple weeks ago, I posted a reply calling out their absurdity yet again while mentioning that I was also impacted and intending on using it. I was then threatened through private messaging, had my comment removed, and then my account banned from further posts on the forum. Makes you wonder how many other people they do this to on a daily basis to tidy things up for themselves...

The rep then trolled my replies to their DM by upvoting all of them and refused to explain why I was banned beyond silencing the people who keep them honest. But yeah, Bovada is a great site that cares about you, your money, and your security.
Ignition is buying me in for 97.8 bb on all tables. I have it set to 100 in the settings.
why the f am i timing out so fast?
is there any software that auto clicks the timebank?
Jurojin
Are any of you able to log into the software now? I can't get in.
Same here, been a while now but the website is up at least
bad actors
this has been happening on ignition for years, always on high traffic days
Anyone have recommendations for a Bitcoin (BTC, BCH) debit card? I have a Venmo card right now and it's ok but is kind of slow to load and has alot higher fees than Bitpay did.
Looks like there will be no refunds. Support is utterly useless and even tried to gaslight me saying I played hands, with hand histories showing I blinded out.

You have to keep asking. If that doesn't work try their internal forums, the mods over there are pretty helpful.

The last thing their mods are is helpful. They lie just as much as the support staff.

Ahhh yes, the textbook "we see your last hand and you blinded out" response. I bet they told you the tourney "played to completion"? That "everything appears to be fine on our end"? That it's not their fault because you "timed out"? They're a blackhole that's equal parts deception and gross incompetence...they truly don't care about you or your money. It's a cancerous experience.
You're going to want to post to their Community website as suggested above and be unrelenting in your response. The poker section can be found here. Just assume the money is gone and go at it with a nothing-to-lose mentality. Maybe, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the result if you can catch somebody with a pulse or a conscience.
You can cite this post that they delisted to obviously draw attention away from yet another weekly train wreck. You can also cite this post from within the thread, where one of the mods even admits that the issue was so bad that they didn't have access to their own website.
Should be a good starting point for you. Good luck.

Like, maybe they'll get their money back if they clear their browser cache.

Worst poker site on the planet. Spend zero money on software, rng updates, and security. No idea why anyone still plays here
