I asked support multiple times but I have to say they are one of the most ignorant poker support staff I have ever encountered so no luck there.

I checked last time it happened and I as well couldnt login on the client but could in-browser... Its not worth anything though as playing poker in-browser is one of the most painful things to do

Its true. My echo of the same words has a bigger chance of helping me out than bet365 poker support 🙂

i still cannot log in for the 2nd straight day, only the website working. you guys have the same or u can always login after a while? did any of you write to customer service?

How are you guys stacking points for the Season of Legends leaderboard?

I started playing the qualifying slots on Player City today and I’m trying to figure out the best way to climb the rankings. The rules say you earn points from each spin and the higher you go, the better the rewards.

I just tried it now and it worked, didn't contact support, tbf I would rather be kicked in the bollocks than deal with them.

Anytime I talk to support I describe my problem and tell them what I have tried to that point such as a full re-install, clearing all history, cookies and the rest, I change settings to see if it was related to anything I had done only to be directed to do the same **** which is fine if you are on the phone to them because you can just say "hey done that" but I wait for days for a response get one like this telling me to repeat the same crap and wait days more.

Most times it worked in a short while

I have tried contacting support but its horrendous. If you seek quality customer service iPoker/bet365 would be the last room to choose imo
I yearn for the old days of pokerstars where you would get a quality response in a matter of hours and there were stars reps on 2+2 as well who were actually helping

Bet365, this started for me at least after a recent update.

Whenever you move a table in mtts, the table resizes and changes position, all your preselected rebuy/addon options uncheck.....

Anyone else having the software just **** off randomly since the recent update. Happened earlier in the middle of a pot which I had raised and it just decided "I'm outta here".

No stack and tile involved or any other programs running at the time.

Thankfully I only play at microstakes but it must be infuriating if it is happening to others in the middle of big pots.

What’s currently the best TableNinja-style program for the new FanDuel iPoker client?

I’m mainly looking for something that supports:

- mouse-over table activation (no click-to-focus)
- one-key fold to any bet
- one-key check / fold
- auto-closing pop-ups
- auto top-up / auto buy-in
- general multitable workflow improvements

I’ve seen iPoker Tools and Intuitive Tables suggested. Has anyone used either of these? Are there any other programs people are successfully using right now?

I am now locked out a lot too, so infuriating.
Support does absolutely nothing.
I can log-in in browser but not in the poker client. Says it cant recognize my password, not even that its wrong, but cant recognize it.
Weird stuff, so glad they legalized this room in my country instead of some other decent ones :/

yes i am back after 3 days, i am thinking to just keep logged in and dont close the client lol

Im Dutch, but I doubt its a country thing because players from many countries are having this bug

Never closing the client almost sounds like the best idea :/

Especially because against my better judgement I tried it with support once more and the only thing they say is to reinstall the software blablabla even though I mentioned it affects multiple players on the poker client.
Sufficed to say the reinstall didnt help...

I (thanks god) don't have this bug playing on RedStar. What skins you guys are playing on and how is the rakeback there?

I play on bet365 because its the only legal skin in my country.
And they also dont do rakeback here.
Needless to say my main volume is on other sites...

Noticed a different bug today too (or maybe they changed something)

It used to be that when I played some hands at table 12A, left that table and joined 10 min later or something that the table wasnt anynomous after re-joining. Seems fair, because most times I actually started that table.

But now every table is anonymous until bb is posted, even though minutes before I just started that exact same table.
Is this for everyone and every skin?

Hi everyone, could someone currently playing on the iPoker network (Bet365, Betfair, etc.) confirm if the All-in Cashout feature is still 0% fee?
