I played out most of my loyalty step of 500euros on unibet before the migration to boabet. If boabet doesnt pay out a dime, am I entitled to get partial payout from what I raked on Unibet? When you closed poker in Poland for example, as far as I know, everybody got paid out for their progress in any bonus or loyalty.

no. my password doesnt work on unibet since the day they moved me tp boabet. i did get communication from boabet when i played there but since dec 16 the password doesnt get me anywhere . the only response has been from support boabet and they dont even read my email. they just send me to the sign in page. i do thank you for your answers and ask if you keep me in mind if you get anywhere?

There is something seriously rigg with the RNG regarding aipf and 2-outers (pair vs pair). The amount/ratio of underdogs miracle hitting cant be seen at any other poker site (not even close) and thas 100% a fact.

solid evidence

Cool guy, of course its no evidence, but the hole "all in madness rewarding the dog" is so, so far beyond any other site.

I am feeling a little lost, been ejected by Unibet, a site I enjoyed, and then ejected by its replacement BoaBet, a site I made a little money on, all because I live in Canada. Still hoping I can get my money from either of these sites, working hard on that. Moved to GGPoker, not really pleased but am playing at low stakes till my money makes its way back to me. My game, nor my temper, is right for micro stakes, but Im doing my best. good luck

I feel you bro, I was also greatly disillusioned as well, given that I believed in Unibet's general philosophy prior to being sold, but like it once happened to Poker Stars eons ago, such is change and life, right... 😊:(

Are you saying ejected from Boabet, because there is presently no poker? I still have access to sports betting on there, for example, and rumor has it that poker is somewhat imminent, as indicated on the site, so I left a few pennies on there for the future if it happens to be the case...

As far as getting your money out of Boabet : I contacted chat support then had to email them - yes, definitely not best support, sigh 😊 -, but they let me know that for us, Canadians, they have to do the withdrawal manually, given that we don't have IBAN numbers. So I suggest you do the same and simply withdraw all your money ; gl friend

I have seen it for so long now. There are players/bots/house bots that simply cannot lose at Unibet. Its so obvious and it so, so strange that everybody just accepting that it can go on year after year.

Well thank you for that replay but I am afraid it has left me a little more confused. I was told by one email that they can not take Canadian residents, I was told by another email that I had no money in their system and I was told just recently by another email (all from different people) that I would have to give them copies of my bank statemnt and ID to get my money. I have not mentioned how much it is becuase its far to small and would be embrassing to me. My log on does not work nor will it allow me to sign up again.

Again I appreciate the replay and the information and will accept any advice you can give me. I am now going to write to Stubbe from Unibet. He has said he will not discuss BoaBet but I hope I can get some advice from him. I will share whatever I get with you.

thanks

We are all on the list of players that can't lose that's why we don't talk about it

Yes, this is what I have done, albeit I am still waiting on my withdrawal (4 days later) that has still not started to be processed, even though it is a simple bank transfer - and a bigger amount in my case, I am afraid 😮:(.

brute6 = Mr_Master69?

Only site in the world were AQ is favorite vs AK aipf....Just insane site!

Without any explanation whatsoever, Boabet has blocked my account and have yet to send over my funds (18k CAD + a 1k sports bet). Has anyone been able to retrieve their Boabet funds???

So you cannot login on Boabet neither? Is your account blocked on there?

So they had blocked my account because I was using a VPN (tolerance zero for the usage of VPNs on Boabet) ; that said, they told send the totality of my 18k I am unsure what will happen with my 1k bet (with a potential payout of 3k), after my account has been blocked, but I will take (finally!) getting my money back as a win 😉

yes and they are talking about me sending them copies of my bank statement and copies of the front and back of my ID. I wouldnt give my wife all of that let alone an email from someone

Yes, they asked exactly the same from me, but did indeed instantly send over my bankroll once I did so.

Hi Guys,

First of all i never was an "online poker is rigged" type of guy, but i experienced on unibet an unbelievable situation suddenly.

Probably on 2024 i was one of the bigger crusher on NL50/100 cashgames.

Since 1st of January in 2025 i was not able to win and i became a total loser.

The player pool was very juicy on the last autumn and winter, yes there were regs but with a lot of mistakes etc...no wonder on these stakes.

Anyway since the beginning of january i think the player pool is completely bot or rta users infested. And i am 100% sure.

The player pool is suddenly became much bigger from the new year. Why? As i know lot of country is restricted now from play.

It would be great if the officials starting to investigate this.

Anyone else experienced similar as me?

50euro50 - completly ******ed reg joke!

Hey everyone! This topic now has an official representative again. If you have any questions, feedback, ideas, or encounter any bugs, I'm here to listen and help whenever I can. Just a quick reminder: I won't be able to assist with anything account-specific in this space. For those issues, please reach out to support or the Unibet community, where I can verify your account and help. Cheers!

I've only ever bet on sports on my Unibet account (never played poker there), but I haven't bet on anything for the past 10 years or so. All these years I've logged in to my Unibet account (at www.unibet.com) once a year to keep the account active. But now, when I try to log in (using either my Unibet username or email address and password) I get the error message "Sorry, we don’t recognise those details. Please check your password and email and try again". I also clicked the "I forgot my password" button and entered my email address, but haven't received any email from them. I explained the situation to the Unibet support chat person on the website and gave my personal details and account details (like username and email), and they tell me that they can't locate my account and that if the account has been unused for a long time the account might have been deleted. Luckily there wasn't all that much money on the account as I recall. But how can Unibet just delete my account without even sending me an email warning that they're about to delete my account due to inactivity? What if the account balance had been thousands of dollars, and they delete the account and take my money just like that?

Unibet would never delete an account with a balance over zero. If the account remains inactive for a period longer then 12 months, a monthly administrative fee will be applied. This fee will continue to be charged until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account can be deactivated. Can you tell me what jurisdiction you were playing from? Is it by any chance Belgium?
