I had my account over 22K and go to withdraw and they asked me to send documents which I did and they said I didn't pass their security filters and closed my account and stole all the money i won playing poker and blackjack
Today, Juicy Stakes announced they they are closing the site down (at least the poker part, not sure about the casino end )
It will close 0n Nov 30th.
I just requested a cashout via Bitcoin for my entire balance.
I suggest everyone do the same.

Would guess just lack of players, I am curious I wonder what is the cost to keep the program not only running but up? The past 6 months traffic is spotty at best and has gotten worse each month forward.
I'm sad to see the site go. I never had an issue with withdraws and the short tournaments worked well for a guy with a 9-5. I wish more US facing sites would offer at least a few shorter tournaments in the evenings for 9-5 types.

I seem to be getting the runaround.
I got a message saying that my identification on file is expired. I sent them the requested info. No acknowledgement from them that they got it. Subsequently, I got another denial with the same comment about my identification. Two more email later from me and I have heard nothing. It is not looking too good.
They dont even answer my emails. Got like 5k+ on there.
No emails from them either saying that theyre closing down. Not a good sign.
Ok. They are paying me.
Got first withdraw today. Said will take 3 weeks to recieve full balance. Think funds are safe

I don't have much left on there but ive been a player for 5 years on the site, I hope they pay me out. They also got me to update my ID. I hope its for ethical reasons. Its been 8 days since i requested my payout and nothing

Did they ask you for your updated ID based on a request for payout using the Cashier function on the Juicy app or via an email request from you to Support?
Friday last week I tried a new direct email request to "Support" rather than replying to an existing correspondence to see if it would make a difference. No response yet either. 12/3 was the last email I got from Juicy.

The security team asked for ID as my current one had expired. They message back but i feel like theyre giving me the run around, avoiding paying me out. I'll keep pestering until they do lol

I have sent a few more emails since the 12/19. In the last one I was a bit snarky 'If you are not dead, please write back and tell me you have decided to be bad guys and keep the money that was in my account. That way I can give up." I am sure that that does not help my cause. :>)

Haha! It's ok I did the same thing asking them to just tell me if I've been scammed and that they should be ashamed etc. They never replied but my funds hit, so it likely won't matter.
I fully expected never to see that money again. Props to them.
I received my payment.
It took about a month to receive the email stating that verification had been transferred to the payouts department, and about half a month for processing and requesting a wallet.
Been over 2 years since I've been on 2p2. Just logged on to play some late night Juicy and found out they closed, with no notification sent to me.
Is there any way to withdraw balance at this point or is the money gone.

I requested a payout in November. They processed it enough to contact me via email and request a verification of ID and a utility bill. I sent it and that is the last I heard from them ....

I was able to get my payout, and check deposited. Maybe because I only had $550ish in the account...
