I think its alright as played, depending on the villain. This board is very dry and you have the range advantage. Folding to an IP raise is alright too, although there arent many strong hands in the villains range, there arent many natural bluffs either and i dont think that ace high is good enough to bluffcatch on this board.
It's fine, but sometimes you do want to check.

Do you mean as a mixed strategy or what factors would you consider without player reads? I understand that you should cbet more frequently when 3betting from blinds vs later position because their call range will be wider, so I would think just simplifying to cbet 100% of the time would be fine at 2nl - 10nl?
