Pls share thoughts or updates, particularly on the technical side of how a poker site works with DAOs and voting rights.

After the site is firing on all cylinders I suggest lowering the rake for the micros.
Lower rake will help funnel many of those folks into the small/mid stakes.
The break even players will put more time in and create more rake overall.
Lower rake in the micros will help create a healthy community.
It is very hard to beat the rake in the lower levels.

I agree with this. I'm already working on proposing lowering rake all around - tough to do until we get a little breathing room on operating expenses though...but we're not far

What I envision is the site growing to a large community, the community owns the site and then we can look at offering potentially lowest rake in the industry
But it's a chicken/egg problem - to do all that will take massive marketing and to do that you need revenue after paying out rev share and covering operating expenses.
So it's tryIng to find the right balance and timing.

I think the site is doing it right with the revnue sharing. The players should be more invested in the early days. Hopefully that gets operating costs covered. Fingers crossed. I'm telling all my friends about it. Let's go!!!!

Can I load the funds to the table directly from the wallet metamask/phantom etc? The soft askes to connect the wallet when I open the table. But then when I'm trying to put the money on the table it wants the sites intrinsic balance and not the wallets funds :(

All the ppl on the first page or so of this thread clearly work for the site, right? It feels incredibly dishonest and a bit cheesy to pretend youre normal customers. Just say youre associated w the site in some way and be a voice of authority instead of all that tip toeing around

I'll speak only for myself but that's a negative from me. I'm your avg everyday hobby/rec. Not associated with the site haven't been paid a nickel and never made a nickel(down $5 actually) in the 1-2 weeks I played. Deposited because I liked the concept, tired of the same old bs usual poker sites and I liked the sound of the idea. Only took my $100 off because of very low traffic and I'm more of a MTT player. I'll return and have a look again when SnG's and MTT's launch or traffic picks up a bit more.

In a way, you aren't wrong.... However, anyone that plays on the site and chooses to holds their rakeback tokens (PHNM) without redeeming back for USDT is basically a part owner.
Because of this, any player that holds the tokens are incentivized to promote the site. So, I can't account for the first couple pages of posters "working" for the site, but if they hold any tokens it is in their best interest to get more people playing on the site. Cheese or not.
We are already earning weekly revenue shares for the tokens we hold. Obviously not much at the moment, but it's only the beginning.

Nope. I work for myself as an Agent. Site succeeds, I succeed. I play on it daily and LOVE Mixed games, that cant be played anywhere else i trust. There is no "tip toeing" ...not allowed to Actively recruit/Sign up PLayers via threads here... so, ya...Just here trying to help It succeed and answer questions. Im far from any "voice of authority" and dnt desire to be so...

That's being discussed as I type this reply! One thing we are developing that will be released in the upcoming weeks is a rake race/leaderboards. Whether the winners earn tokens, USDT or tournament entries hasn't yet been decided.
