So what will be done to prevent cheating and collusion?

Seriously, more anonymity is not what we want from a poker operator. We want more transparency.

So what will be done to prevent cheating and collusion?

Thanks for bringing this up—it’s a totally valid concern. Cheating and collusion can ruin the fun, so we’ve put in a lot of effort to make sure that doesn’t happen on our platform.

Although our games have an anonymous feature, that doesn’t mean it’s a free-for-all. We’ve implemented advanced tracking and AI tools that watch out for strange behaviors or patterns, and we have a dedicated team of real people (not just bots) keeping an eye on things 24/7. If anything suspicious pops up, we act fast!

Also, even though you're anonymous to your opponents, all the in-game actions are recorded and monitored. We're here to make sure everyone plays fair—anonymous or not.

Let me know if you have any other concerns!

I hear you, and you’re right—transparency is key in poker, even in an anonymous setting. That’s why we’ve implemented top-notch random number generator (RNG) systems that ensure every hand is fair and can’t be manipulated, And while players may be anonymous, We have built sophisticated anti-collusion into our platform so any foul play gets flagged.

On top of that, our Withdrawal-On-Demand feature ensures a smooth and secure process for getting your funds when you want them, no delays, no hidden restrictions. Players have full control over their withdrawals whenever they’re ready. We also monitor game fairness rigorously, meaning transparency goes hand-in-hand with security. Hope that helps clarify! Feel free to ask any more questions.

If someone is found to have been cheating/colluding, then will you refund the effected players?

Yes ofc, this is where our anti-collusion software is designed to prevent such instances, and if any unusual patterns are detected, our system flags it for review. If the investigation confirms that cheating occurred, we make sure the impacted players are compensated accordingly, ensuring fairness across the platform. We have all been there and know exactly how this feels, this is one of the reasons why we want to bring something different to our little world of poker!

There is the option to get FIXED LIMIT HOLDEM Tables here?

we primarily offering No-Limit Texas Hold'em tables due to popularity, However, Fixed Limit Hold'em tables currently wont be available, but we're always listening to player feedback and open to expanding our offerings based on demand... Stay tuned!

Hey, As of now, we’re assessing demand for 6c or 7c games, so there’s definitely a chance of seeing them in the future if enough players express interest. Let us know if you’d like us to prioritize these variants, and feel free to drop your game preferences in our main Telegram group > Here <

— Your input really shapes our roadmap!

Players do not want anonymous games because that makes for an easier environment to cheat in. Making your games anonymous is being tone-deaf to the current online poker climate.

You say you have advanced tracking and an AI tool to detect cheating. What 3rd party is auditing that? We all know the history of online poker and that sites can't be trusted to identify all forms of cheating on their own, or cheating their players themselves.

Do you have downloadable HHs with static player IDs always attached to them? If not, you should implement that so that players can check for cheating accounts if you insist on keeping an anonymous model. If not, then I don't think your site can be trusted. It just sounds like the Bonition sites 2.0 which have bots and other forms of cheating taking place on every table atm.

You have valid concerns, but anonym tables on Winamax were by far the best always. Fish want to be fish on the shroud of anonymity.

Thanks for raising these points—transparency and security are top priorities for us. We chose Telegram as our platform specifically to leverage its security features, including the requirement for a real phone number, which makes it much harder to create multiple accounts or run bots. Bots on Telegram’s mini-apps face different challenges compared to traditional web clients, and we have systems to detect non-human behavior patterns to keep our tables fair.

Our commitment to an anonymous model is based on a desire to make the game accessible and user-friendly. However, we do understand that transparency is essential for players, so we’re working on ways to further enhance it. We provide hand histories and game replays at an individual level. This way, players can review their own games and analyze outcomes more transparently. For further reassurance, we’re also exploring the possibility of implementing third-party audits to reinforce our commitment to fair play.

In short, our setup is one of the hardest environments to abuse. Accounts found cheating will be banned, along with their associated phone number and IP. While no system is foolproof, we believe we’re delivering a uniquely secure experience, and we’re committed to continually improving it based on your feedback.

Telegram apps are definitely filled with future fish so I’m interested. Will you be blocking US/Canada? What about multi tabling capabilities?

Yes totally agree with you regarding telegram hence why we chose to go down this route, Compliance is also being fine tuned and as of now. no restrictions are in place. We’re aiming to make Ultimate Poker available to as many players as possible. Absolutely, multitabling is in the works! You’ll be able to handle multiple tables right in our platform—our devs are refining this to ensure smooth performance even with multiple games going on simultaneously.
