Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
Regarding how the points worked I finally figured it out. When the level completes (1000 points) you get the reward depending on your tier. At the beginning of each month I think you get 80 rewards points per level (80 points =$1 in rake back) so for every level you get $1 in rake back. Then when you get to what I believe is the top cap for the month you get 320 rewards points for each level completed so $4 in rake back.
FWIW I got about what I expected on this promotion based of levels completed
The math does not work out for me. Who knows what the actual formula is. I wish they used a better example. I’m still waiting from a response from support

It's the same exact thing as the Rampart. It's the same game and the same software. I tried to sign up but instead I just logged in with my Rampart info. So it's the worst but I guess multiple casinos will be doing it. Side note if you hit a straight flush on a 2 dollar video poker hand, you get your 2 dollars back if you beat your opponent. Do you think that will make some players mad who don't realize that? lol
Has anyone else noticed a bug in the lobby, that does not show you are “playing” at a table? So you can’t keep track easily which tables you are seated at? Or did I accidentally hit a setting for this to happen? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?

Yes. For me, it's showing the option to "Join waitlist", but when I click it, I'm already playing at that table. And sometimes it's showing the option to join a table with an open seat, but I'm already there and it messed up my table tiling when I click it. This just started earlier this week I believe. It's super annoying.

i emailed support to ask for a player report for 2024 and the link they sent to me to download it from got flagged as malicious by malwarebytes. i am not really sure what to do. i emailed them back and am awaiting a response. very cool

Nice, the highest I've won was 50 BBs from card strike. I won both of my free Blast tickets from the Holiday promotion lol. Nash shoves and hope for good variance.
Are you in Nevada? I haven't had Card Strike available for months..... and see no way of having an option to turn it back on. Does anyone else in NV have Card Strike still available?

Ok, thank you. I'll search for it. It disappeared after an update months ago... and I couldn't find a way to turn it back on. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks in advance. If i can't figure it out or get no help, i'll contact support, but I basically avoid that option at all costs.
Well, there's literally an option for Card Strike on the first page of the Settings menu on the bottom right hand side, all by itself. I turned it on (checked it) and it works fine. I can tell you 100% it wasn't there for me before and I never manually turned it off (cause I wouldn't have done that). Anyway, happy to have it back. So bizarrely odd. Thanks again, Anna.

I’m so glad you got it working again! And I believe you, that that option wasn’t there before, the software is so bad, and their support is even worse. All we can do is try to figure out things ourselves.

I can tell you for 100% sure that the part about not being hooked up to an ethernet cable is absolutely wrong. I play on ethernet all the time What you do have to have happen is that you have to have Wi-Fi capability on that machine so that it can geolocate. Total bullshit about not using ethernet. Since I'm here yeah there's customer service ****ing sucks I hate WSOP AND WON'T EVER PLAY THERE AGAIN.

Yea I think I know the SN.. I know that GG does 20BB buyins but the WSOP still using 888 software.. not sure why they wanna make game more miserable.. if I wanna play 20 BB.. I would reg MTT..

Starting a 200nl table with a reg today and three 20bb stacks sit with us. Insta quit that game. I can't wait for MGM. WSOP/Caesars is such a horrible company.
That "pro" shorty is riverallin or something similar.
Anyone else getting this bug? I tried contacting support, of course no answer. Last contact took about 6 months for them to get back to me. I am 100% alone and have been getting this for weeks so I can't join almost half of the games.
What are the odds I share an IP address with another player or could I be getting spoofed some how? Would be a sick troll.
So, the 2024 Win/Loss report is pretty useless as it doesn't have the first 5 months before they switched software.
I keep my own records but even for the months after the switch, their numbers are far off from mine on some months.
I am assuming that doesn't include any bonuses but does include any cash game wins and losses and tournament wins and losses.
Do the months from June on match for anyone else? What am I missing?
