What's the deal with sandwiches?
Eggs had their day in the sun, and cereal already made it's splash. Now it's time to celebrate an old standby, the sandw
broseph, with all the nice things you have in your house & you don't have a water filter
Those are self fill storage... I have a four gallon gravity feed drip filter system
i've been wondering, with how swiss and ham sandwiches, how do you go about getting to ham to temp without ruining it by overcooking? like an arbys hot ham and cheese
JUST GOOGLED IT:
"I worked there, and it’s literally just 6 pieces of packaged sliced ham, a piece of Swiss, then 6 more pieces of ham, another piece of cheese, popped in a microwave for 30-45 seconds."
"Can also confirm having worked there, it's literally just slices and ham and pre-sliced cheese, microwaved for 30 secs."
(both via reddit i believe)
basically nukely them just short enough to warm without them breaking apart and sweating. I may try a 10 second nuke + hot swiss sauteed in a nonstick pan, quickly
did not think to search the thread
i have a friend who wants to make a coffee table book of club sandwiches from various hotels around the world
i think it's a great idea

I didn't make this one but you inspired me to order it today.
Lardon, red & green peppers, cheddar, no tomato, chili sauce and kewpie mayo.
Fresh bread trucks sound pretty awesome.
Did the ham n swiss experiment; about 9 seconds in the microwave melted the cheese and warmed the meat thru decently.
I'm thinking the best method would be cold ham + toasted bun + hot molten cheese (easy to do in a nonstick pan)
Also, nothin' wrong with a cold ham n' swiss!
27o,
I would’ve taken the train up there just to eat that burger!
Burger looks good!
