Netflix "Watch Instantly"
I just recently rejoined Netflix and was pleased to see they have added a "Watch Instantly" feature where you can stream a movie over the internet. The selection of movies/shows is subpar, but it's free baby! Well, free as in no extra charge. You can watch 1 hour for every dollar/month your subscription is and it doesn't affect your queued/shipped movies at all. Minuses are that you have to be running Windows and Internet Explorer, but the quality is great! I have a garbage laptop, but it looks the same as a DVD to me and it hasn't skipped/paused/hiccuped once so far.
3 body problem hooked me from the start. Hope it holds up.
All 10 episodes are out of Season 2 of American Rust on Prime, they also did add Season 1 today.
The first episode of A Gentleman in Moscow on Showtime with Ewan McGregor is good.
Episode 1 of Parish on AMC with Giancarlo Esposito has a few negative reviews, but I liked it fine.
Awesome!! I wasn’t sure when that was airing. Big fan of Ewan but I love Mary!!
First 2 episodes of Sugar drops in a few minutes.
I don't know what to think about Ripley on Netflix. It's slow, boring and black and white. Somewhat interesting though for some reason. lol
colin ferrell is awesome both in a bunch of movies as well as in real life.
you think brendan gleeson is gonna be bff's with someone who isn't awesome?
After Yang was really good too. A bit slower, but I loved it.
Colin rules!
banshees
the lobster
i liked him in that sex tape but he talks a little too much mid coitus for my liking
hard to get a good rythm going when you hear a thick Irish accent go "yer a facking boot yer are me girl" every 10 seconds
needless to say, he was more into it than I was
still his best work
I didn't realize that Ripley is a remake of the 1999 movie with Matt Damon, The Talented Mr. Ripley, I never saw the movie.
After watching episode 3, which is a must see, I will be finishing the series.
talented mr ripley is an amazing film, which IIRC is a remake itself (or maybe based on a book idk)
Through 6 episodes, will have to finish tomorrow, great acting, very captivating. Just took me until episode 3 to get into it.

I don't think think it's a remake, as it's another story based on the same character and series books by Patricia Highsmith...but with some of the same characters that Ripley comes across.
Fantastic books, by the way.
Not seen the movie, but saw Andrew Scott and I'm definitely in!
Also been a fan of Johnny Flynn ever since I saw him at a folk festival ~15yrs ago, glad he's doing well in the acting world now.
His sitcom Lovesick on Netflix was really good.
