Netflix "Watch Instantly"
I just recently rejoined Netflix and was pleased to see they have added a "Watch Instantly" feature where you can stream a movie over the internet. The selection of movies/shows is subpar, but it's free baby! Well, free as in no extra charge. You can watch 1 hour for every dollar/month your subscription is and it doesn't affect your queued/shipped movies at all. Minuses are that you have to be running Windows and Internet Explorer, but the quality is great! I have a garbage laptop, but it looks the same as a DVD to me and it hasn't skipped/paused/hiccuped once so far.
IMO, if they can show more solid proof of the abuse then they would have got max of 25 years with parole, probably less, and they have already done 34 years, so it doesn't have to be overturned, just a reduced sentence, but I am just guessing.
Yeah, that's their best bet. That they shouldn't have been punished so severely, given the circumstances.
Another new Ryan Murphy show tonight, Grotesquerie on FX, the first 2 episodes are pretty good, and grotesque of course.
Lyle Menedez is in it. I am not a Niecy Nash fan, especially after her recent lead role as FBI agent that she was horrible in and it got cancelled, she seems ok in this though, it's fun to see the red head nurse ****ing with her. lol
Another Ryan Murphy show tomorrow, Doctor Odyssey where Don Johnson is the captain of a cruise ship, and Murphy also did Rescue Hi-Surf that aired recently, that is ok so far. He has been busy.
Vince Mcmahon 6 part series dropped on Netflix. Good watch 2 episodes in.
Yea, I finished 4 episodes, it's good. Mcmahon tried to buy it back from Netflix so it wouldn't air. lol
I never knew Richard Belzer had a talk show, seeing Hulk Hogan put him in a head lock until he fell down and was bleeding on his show was impressive. lol
The one wrestler slapping John Stossel twice when he asked if wrestling was fake and he went running down the hall was funny.
Watched first ep of McMahon, very good, will finish. Even the wifey liked it.
Never much of a wrestling fan but I thought it was really good. He's a very interesting character with a weird charisma.
Yea, the fact that even after someone sues him or tries to put him out of business, he will hire them back if he thinks it's best for the business.
I doubt there are many people who would do that. lol
Kaos is a fun watch so far, although I'm an awful choice to trust as far as reviews go because even if it was horrible I'd still enjoy it due to my love of Greek mythology.
I really liked it a lot. And it got me to listen to Hadestown again, which I hadn’t heard in a couple of years. Hopefully there’s a season 2!
I am loving The Penguin.
The Summit is somewhat interesting, 16 people try to make a 14-day mountain climb and each has $62.500 in their backpacks, if someone quits the money is gone, but I think they vote of 1 person per episode and their money is split among the current remaining players to add to their backpack and keep if they make it.
Industry certainly didn’t think that they were getting renewed…
Pretty great finale. I liked where everyone ended up for the most part. Don’t know how they’ll come back after that though.
Yasmin is one messed up person.
She made the right call, but what she may do with it now… Yeah, can do some serious damage! As long as the writers don’t try to get her and Rob together in the series finale, whenever that will be, it should be fun to see what she does with it.
Just finished Gangs of London. Some of the plot lines were silly but I enjoyed it, pretty ****ing violent and great villians.
First two episodes of Uzumaki (HBO) are fantastic. Can’t wait to watch the rest.
Just seen Kaos got cancelled.
I only watched the first one and enjoyed it. Worth finishing the season, or am I just going to end up frustrated?
I finally got around to watching The Penguin which was good. The very first scene started off with a fun homage to old school fans...it was raining and the penguin was walking or more like waddling with an umbrella.
