Meat Thread
Is there no meat thread? I’m not talking just steak. I mean, all meat.
I just cooked up some authentic Portuguese linguica for the first time…it’s probably the best sausage meat I’ve ever had! If you’ve never had it, it’s pork sausage with a flavor like bacon. Basically, imagine eating a bacon flavored sausage.
I got it from a local Portuguese butcher who makes it from scratch. We sliced it up and cooked it in a skillet. So good!
