Commercials That Cause Tilt

Commercials That Cause Tilt

I can't stand this new Been Verfied commercial. It has the most obnoxious quote ever "No one comes around my growing family without a bankground check". Then the woman does this awful finger thing. Whoever did casting for this commercial got the right people though.

Partial Commercial with the annoying chick in it. Plus this one doesn't have commetns disabled and they are hilarious.

i mean i'm sure they'll do a fine job - just saying the majority of their business is convincing people who don't need new windshields to get one anyway with the "hey bro, don't sweat it, your insurance will pay for it and we'll handle the paperwork"

i am of the drive it until the thing you worry about actually happens belief though - especially if i were paying for it myself

I'd probably shop for a smaller, independent near you. You'll probably get the same windshield at a better price and just as good installation.

bad to get it fixed imo, you're missing out on some good art opportunities

I've used Safelite multiple times outside of insurance (including earlier this year) and have never had a problem with them.

You can make an appointment online if you want and they will come to you. I've always been able to get an appointment w/in 24 hours and the $$$ charged was reasonable imho.

also when the tech is there ask if he/she can give you a complimentary can of their glass cleaner. their stuff is streak-free amazing.

Thanks for the input guys. It's been this long, I'll probably keep not getting to it.

It is tough to drive with a low sun. Just explodes into glare due to the pitting. But I get around.

gd - according to randos on reddit - you may be able to fix it yourself with glass polish

I've had good luck searching Yelp for windshield replacement locally. Got factory original windshield for less and from a local small business.

But I apparently am a unicorn. I don't carry glass coverage, and in 40ish years of driving Valley of the Sun freeways, I've only ever replaced one windshield (sick brag, bro)

Not to say I didn't have pits, chips and cracks. Not even sure why I ended replacing the one I did replace (I don't recall any traumatic event like a rock thru it). Must have been a big chip that eventually started to spiderweb.

I guess this is supposed to be uplifting, but it’s depressing as ****.

I forgot to clarify that it’s specifically this dude’s burger stacking that annoys the hell out of me.

Anything with Travis Kelce in it. You're not appealing. You're not interesting. You're not charming.

Get off my ****ing TV!

Rather have him than have to see anything with Gronkowski

Fair enough.

That little pillsbury guy is pretty ****ing annoying.

The freaky looking chick in the Apple ads bugs me to no end

I didn't mind the pirate restaurant one, but the subsequent installments rubbed me the wrong way, each one more than the last.

I LOVE that commercial!
