Mixed Tournaments

Hi all.

I am looking for some material for mixed tournaments. Some concepts:

Does ICM/Risk Premium work the same way in tournaments? I assume yes, and when I am short, I try to be a little more careful with thin value bets that threaten my stack.

When you are short, which games are better/worse for going with? If we have a marginal hand in Razz, should we run it, or wait for a split pot game like O8/Stud 8? How about when there are big bet games in the mix? I haven't played any dealers choice (yet), but if I do, which games are incentivized in higher ICM spots?

It seems like there is a good book in this information, but I can't seem to find one.
