Jeans/Clothing Thread

I normally wear Wrangler jeans, especially their Flex Fit. But I just bought Lee Extreme Motion jeans and they are hands down the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever worn. Highly recommend!

Oh and Fresh Clean Threads > True Classic for t-shirts. Also highly recommend.

If you wear True Classic T-shirts you have to dance like an ape.

You're trying to hard.

I’m not sure what this means.

Serious question, not trying to sound condescending: Are those the brands people buy at Walmart?

I don’t know, I don’t shop at Walmart. That place stresses me out. Too crowded, too messy, and the parking lots are always insane.

I bought the jeans on Amazon and the shirts, you have to buy from Fresh Clean Threads’ site or True Classic’s site.

I once almost bought True Classic Tees, then I read some 3rd party reviews and well, I wasn't impressed to say the least. So I didn't buy them.

Did the site start with an “R” and rhyme with shmeddit? Not many True Classic fans on that site. But give FCT a try, I like their stuff.

I don't own any pants... true story.

Nobody owns a pair of pants.

My brother-in-law had to buy pants to go to a funeral. Not because he didn't have any nice pants, he didn't have any at all. He only wears shorts.

hes a man after my own heart... I haven't worn pants in more than 20 years... maybe 30

so if you're ever in town and it's 30 degrees outside and a guy walks in to play 2/5-5/10... that's me!

oh, and I sleep nude... if that's your cup of tea :p

I only wear shorts unless it's below 20F outside or while on business trips or where it's mandated like at nicer restaurants or mandated by society like funerals.

Probably still have >20 pairs of pants/jeans.

Is that an invite?

Is that an invite?

i'd take him up on it, he has a sick home theater and movie collection so even if the sex is bad at least you were wined and dined properly

i know you're getting trolled but as someone who only owns athletic shorts or khakis and is 100% jeanless at this point in his life and thinking of getting a pair i appreciated this insight

my main determination factor for a pair of jeans is not comfort but can i wear them with a blazer though

Do you purchase all your pants/jeans at Walmart?

are there places that sell pants other than Walmart?

CostCo. Picked up a pair of 505's for $30 this weekend. Levi outlet (last I checked) were ~$50, plus BOGO half off. $75/2.

It has been at least 25 years since I have worn any pants other than jeans. And I have only had one pair of jeans since my last year or two in HS that weren't Levi's 501s. My wife took it upon herself to buy me a new pair of blue jeans for our daughter's wedding. She didn't think I was serious about wearing jeans and wasn't happy with what I had, but she waited so late to shop that all she could find was a pair of Levi's with a flipping zipper and a couple of inches too big in the waist. I haven't worn them since.

Not counting those, I have Levi's in three sizes--and only two pair that fit me currently. Another couple of weeks and I should be done with jeans for five months. Fortunately I have a much wider selection of shorts that fit. If I don't gain a few pounds I'll be shopping for jeans in the fall.

I've never been to a non-food section at Walmart other than the baby stuff.

But I've read that Wrangler/Lee are the (or among the?) best selling jeans in the US and I can't remember seeing them in other stores. Since Walmart is the largest retailer in the US, I tried to connect the dots which led to my question.

This thread needs to be renamed to 'Who wears pants and who does not'... or... 'What kind of man doesn't wear pants!'
