Interest in moving to London or Australia

Have you tried the travel forum? Also, when you say cheapest, do you mean renting or buying, and do you mean a roach-infested hovel in an area where you might get stabbed, or do you have some condition/neighborhood conditions?

I'm not sure where your from but if you're looking at property in Australia (rent or buy)... prices have gotten out of control. Very expensive.
