This week The Monkees 4 cd boxed set rolled around on my ipod. Familiar Monkees songs fill one cd. The rest are unknown gems. Nesmith and Dolenz are greatly unappreciated musical artists. Got a bad rap from being a "TV" band but they both have chops.

Anyone else used to go around and put May Day baskets on people's doorknobs? My mom would wake me up at the crack of dawn to sneak about and place them around the neighborhood. Cool lady.

heard about may day baskets happening as a concept but never knew anyone who actually did it.

Had Star Wars day at poker last night for the fourth.

Someone had on a T with a picture of stormtroopers in a crosswalk, like the Abbey Road cover. Pretty funny.
