Burried: The 1982 Alpine Meadows Avalanche: 4/5. (I gave it an extra .5 point because of my disdain of the current “episodes” meta that has entered the documentary genre. It’s a standard 1:36hr length.)Tells the story of the culture of a ski patrol crew, hurricane forecaster, and a tragic unprecedented avalanche. Bitconned 3.5/5Already covered here, one of the many get rich q

When you say you haven't kept up from how long ago? I assume you've seen Tinder Swindler and Inventing Anna

A couple that flew more under the radar

Muscles and Mayhem: An Unauthorized Story of American Gladiators was kind of interesting if you watched it back in the day.

Bad Surgeon was interesting albeit sad and infuriating.

Trainwreck: Woodstock '99
Wild Wild Country
The Sons of Sam: A Descent Into Darkness

Criminal Code on Netflix was a fun Brazilian cops and robbers show. Nothing earth shattering or much watch but if you like that genre I enjoyed it. Thought the guy who played Sem Alma/Soulless was great. Memorable character

I just watched Girl in the Picture and it was enjoyable (for the documentary comment above)

Also watched the original The Gambler from the early 70s. Should be a must watch for this type of crowd.

Lover, Stalker, Killer is a new one tomorrow on Netflix, might be good.

Cyber Sleuth The Idaho Murders on Paramount + is good.

Lover Stalker Killer was good.

I had to rewatch the beginning though because at first I couldn't remember who was who out of the three women they were talking about

The Vince Staples Show on Netflix is pretty good, it's Atlanta type comedy, only 5 episodes.

by Ungoliant

I LOVE I Think You Should Leave, its weird ass humor but right up my alley

Detroiters was great too

Very Atlanta-light but not in a bad way or anything. I’m really curious about the future of this show. Vince’s music, at least up to Big Fish Theory, is really interesting. Some dark **** but you wouldn’t know it song by song. But the albums as a whole are very thematic.

New season of Sunderland till I die on Netflix, only 3 episodes though.

Still, it's better than Mission to Burnley, not sure why maybe because I've seen all the Burnley games this season so far.

Warrior has been picked up by Netflix. Not sure if we will ever get another season but the first three are now on Netflix

Great show in the past. Wonder what you can cover in just three episodes.

Lover, Stalker, Killer was good. And thank you to the makers for keeping it to one episode. Nearly without exception documentaries can be done in one episode.

Watching the horror movie Thanksgiving, its hilarious!

Broken YouTube Link

Yea, it's pretty silly.

The first 3 episodes of Constellation should be out in about 30 minutes.

Thanksgiving was fantastic. Not in a Citizen Kane kind of way, but in a popcorn entertainment kind of way.

I only watched the first episode so far, was good visually and otherwise.

My head exploded when I found out he was the henchman in Beverly Hills Cop, so good

even prior to BB & BCS, anytime I saw JB in a role I knew he was playing a heavy. love this scene (warning: there is a F word if that's a problem):

He's one of these TV actors who has "been in everything". Many cop shows, ER, etc. Usually a central character in a single episode.

I remember him from the 80's show Wiseguy which was a rare serialized drama for 3 or 4 seasons.

Jonathan Banks was also the air traffic controller in Airplane who says, "He's all over the place...what an azzhole."
