Pitch the 6 both times.
Hero has more equity on the ak2 board.
I could see an argument for pitching the 3 on an 8xx flop for slightly improved chance to make a straight on the omaha side depending on the prior action. Or similarly based on suitedness to increase odds of making a flush.
But other things equal, for both boards pitching the 6 should maximize Hero equity.
Agreed.
And I think I agree even more if there are more than one villain. With AK2, probably hit a lot more villains with highs than lows and they'll be shoving over each other.
