9432 badugi
Hi all,
20/40 mix, there is a limp utg and a raise in MP we are btn with 9432r and 3! $60 sb 4! $80 limper calls raiser calls we cap $100. They call.
Pat,1,1,pat. Sb donks call call we raise $40 sb $60 they call we raise to $80 sb caps $100. They call. As do we. Now do we ever consider breaking? Sb is a good pro. Other two are recreational.
Sb pat limper 1 MP 1 we break. I donβt think we can be good against SB now but I could be wrong. Does he cap it with worse than a good 9?
I brick and and we fold. Results later.
Thanks,
DT

This is so player dependent. I know players who would cap it with all of their pat hands, trying to get you to break. And I know players who would never cap there without at least a decent 7. I am calling when the SB makes it 60 after the first draw. If I'm breaking, why put more in now? If I'm patting and going to showdown, why get them to break if they have worse? The main reason to keep raising at that point is to charge the other two caught in the middle.
Yeah too much action on the flop

If V ended up having a T6 dugi what does that tell us?
Don't break 9s vs him.
