yup - if Hero was closing the action he has an OK speculative hand, but blocking top and bottom pair is very unattractive and increases strength of villain range
even if Hero did call it would mostly be to draw 3 to the jj and repping some trips/boats when board pairs; but most players are going to be potting a very narrow range on this texture and pre-flop action
there is some room for exploitative strategy, especially if we think CO is playing a bad weak pre-flop and flop strategy, but its very easy to cross over into fancy-play syndrome
