Check, hero 250, 2 folds, V calls
V draws 3, hero draws 3 and gets AA994 still no hearts.
Turn (750) : 5hhh
V donks 300
Should we smash it and hope we free roll or possibly folds a medium flush? Or just call and see what develops?

If he's sticky, then he's probably not folding a medium flush. You are probably slightly likely to be ahead both ways since you say he's very aggro. He could just be trying to get a fold, hoping you have just one pair in your hand and not much on the board. But he could have held a smaller pair like KhKx, drew trips, and drew another heart to have you crushed both ways. I prefer just calling here to keep in his bluffs, and then calling the river if the board doesn't pair (and potting the river if the board does pair).
Keeping in worse two pairs and bluffs (especially KhKxRR hands) is important and I think you're rarely behind for the draw hand. Given villain's image, I don't see how you'd ever fold here so calling seems the most profitable to me as well.
