Is variance greater as runners increase at a NLHE MTT?
If there are 100 runners in an MTT is variance higher or lower than an MTT with 1000 runners?

I ran deep once in a 32000 runner tourney, and I was all-in for the effective stack at least 25 times, so I would think that the variance would be higher for larger tourneys.
Also, we started with 1500 chips and had tens of millions when we got to heads-up. That has to be a lot of variance.

The larger the field, the lower the variance. Simply stuff really OP.
