Not really in the mood to update but also want to keep posting somehow. Barely played this summer and have relocated (still in sweden :() but getting in to the swing of things again now. Here are my results for the summer, obviously atrocious volume... Hoping to put in some solid volume these upcoming 2-3 months and then probably go to Malta for some live poker which im a fish at. Fwiw im playing a peak schedule for the time being, so expecting more swings than typically although ive obviously ran pretty well this summer :p
How many sessions someone would need, who has 1bb/100 in 30abi to beat at 5bb/100 100abi following what you say to the letter, playing peak hours?

Are you asking about how much coaching? It really isnt up to me but to the individual, i dont have any magic pills i just give direction and at the end of the day its up to the person themselves to study what they need to study, genuinely impossible to answer that question.
Enough with the training sites already, buy a HRC sub, learn how to use it efficiently and you are good to go

No, i cant play on either of those. Would love to get some of that free american money though 
I dont really use huds much, most of my volume is hudless, i trust ggs hud about as much as i trust the government... i wouldnt even say i have favourite stats but if i had to i guess the basic ones like vpip / rfi / 3bet / fold to 3bet
do you thnk people defend too wide from the BB?
ive been watching a bunch of training vids and they're defending wayyyy wider than they used to (played a lot more 10ish years ago) so now i find myself defending almost everything suited but x/f too much ...
