Going from Micros to High Stakes Journey
What's sup guys. I'm going to make this short and sweet. My goal is to get from micros and get to high stakes as fast as I can. One of my good friends is playing high stakes and he has been giving me tips. This is where I am going to share my results, my failures, my success. If you want to follow the journey come watch.
Last month I started playing and taking poker serious. Here are my my results:
2NL and 5NL
Overall not too bad I think.
Goals for November:
Play 20-30k hands
Learn more about thin value betting on the river
Bet more on turns

Well December wasn't really what I wanted for results but I learned a lot. I knew I should of stuck to reg tables and stayed away from zoom on ACR.
December Results:
January I am just going to play reg tables and game select hard for chance to move up higher to 50nl
My goals for this year is to play 100-200 and get there as fast as I can.
January goals:
play 15-20k hands
study and drill 1-2 hours a day.
review every session to -6bb and +6bb hands everyday.
get a hobby so my full attention isn't on poker.
Good luck everyone.
Hey man volume looks good! I agree with reg tables and table selecting harder to boost your winrate. I wouldn't be too hard on yourself, looks like you only lost around 700bbs and probably weren't running so hot as indicated by your showdown line.
Sup guys hope all is well man. So here is my update for the month of January. I took shots at 25nl and 50nl. I was having some really good success at 25nl. at one point I was up like 6 buy ins but I hit a big road block and dropped down some buy ins. My redline for some reason just took off. I really don't know why haha but my blue line is tanking now. Overall this month has been really stressful trying to implement some new things my coach wants me to do. Even though I didn't when a lot even though I was close to! I think I'm headed in the right direction.
THESE HANDS WERE ALL PLAYED ON ACR.... Idk if ACR is beatable. Its the only site I can play on besides Global poker. But I guess we will see.
So next month goals will be:
February goals:
play 15-20k hands
study and drill 1-2 hours a day.(didn't do this last month as often as I wanted to)
review every session to -6bb and +6bb hands everyday.
get a hobby so my full attention isn't on poker.(still need a hobby haha)
Good luck everyone.
Yea i'm late haha didn't really want to post this. last month was probably my worst month playing since last September. Idk if its a mental thing or something but every time I take shots above 10nl I just tend to not do too well. Idk really know what to do but just keep playing and fixing my leaks...yea...I had a coach review my hands for the month and there was a lot of hands that I got married to. Next month im going to really try and not punt as much as I did last month.
goals for march
stop punting
play 15-20k hands
study and drill 1-2 hours a day.(didn't do this last month as often as I wanted to)
review every session to -6bb and +6bb hands everyday.
get a hobby still haha
going to vegas in April with friends should be fun. I am also down 30lbs which is nice so cant complain about that. Good luck boys and girls
Sorry boys I didnt update in April. It was a long one haha. Basically I went to Vegas and it was a ton of fun but almost didn't make it back alive home. Had to take a few weeks to regroup and make sure my body was still able to function.
I played a few poker hands down there didnt really do to hot but yea still have lots of fun.
So basically I am still trying to make it to higher stakes but I decided to document the process on all platforms. I started a bankroll challenge that will be taking $300 dollars and turning it to $10,000 by the end of the year. We will be going from 10nl and up to higher stakes.
I created a document that everyone can follow as well.

its a google spread sheet that will documenting my bankroll and my weight loss journey as well.
My fitness goal will be to lose 100lbs by the end of this year. I know these are some big goals but I intent on keeping up with them. If you all want to join and watch the day to day process join my discord channel and check out my youtube channel as well.
