Live player (beat 100nl in 2009) attempting to play some 50NL zoom.
I havent played online in about 15 years. I'm up about $75k in 3500 hours live playing mostly 1/3.
I am not up to speed with modern strategy / GTO etc at all. Back in 2008/2009 I beat 100NL for 5bb/100 for about 150k hand. I moved up 200nl, had a break even stretch and pretty stopped playing online, and poker entirely for a few years.
I'm challenging myself to 2 table 50NL zoom for 10k hands, just to get a sense of where I am, and then see where to go from there. I will be on the lookout for a good online course as I knw there are so many out there now.
If I get completely crushed then that is actually not the worst news becasue it means even if I can improve just enough to break even onine, my live winrate should improve.
I purchased holdem manager so I'll update here with graph and stats at 1k hand intervals.

Just wrapped my first 1k hands of the challenge playing two tabel at a time. So far I feel ok, not too many spots where I don know what is a reasonable play, but I think I might have been lucky not to find myself in many really tricky spots. Im opening to 3X pf although I see the most others are opening to 2.5 or less. I guess i missed the memo on that!
Note to self: I have no idea what I should be doing regarding 4-bets. I'm going to use my intuition for now and then after I have a 10k sample I'll do some reading and see how much my strategy deviates from the current thinking.
Todays session:
Almost 2k hands into my 10k hands challenge. Feel like I'm getting exploited heavily, but the fish are keeping me afloat. I made an account on gtowizard to help me level up.
