PLO road from 25 - 200

Hi there. Im a 30 yr old guy from Europe, been playing PLO pro now for about 5 years and lived different places in the world, mostly in SEA. Right now Im playing 25 and some 50, last years I had many shots at 100 and some on 200, but not moving down early enough have left me in the same loop over and over, with this came big hits on my bankroll and half of it would vanish way too fast.. Need to try to change this **** and a blog might help me keep better track.

Goals

- Have a 20k bankroll within July 2025, be able to play 200
- Gain 6kg and get up to 73kg
- Study 1 hour a day
- Go through 1 hand in monker each day
