Welcome to the most boring journal of all time! Sorry for its dryness, its main use is for myself.
My main goal is to become financially free and share this freedom with others.

I've been playing poker for about a year, and I'm profitable at 1/2 and 2/5.
Also my online balance at ggpoker has a clear upward trajectory, despite me currently having a negative bb/100 at R&C NL10 (pre-rakeback of course).
As per Gelfand's suggestion here (https://www.philgalfond.com/articles/why...) I will set specific time-bound goals for both my short-term and long-term goals.
Each short-term goal will have 3 MTO goals (minimum, target, outrageous). I'll write my long-term and short-term goals, and each Sunday I'll report on my progress.

Long term goals:

1. Become a solid player within 1 year. Minimum: R&C50 2BB/100 Target: R&C50 5BB/100 outrageous: 8BB/100.
2. Write a good FREE poker course for beginners, accompanied by an app that will allow the students to practice - TODO after I'm a solid player myself.

Weekly goals: (M/T/O):

1. Work out: 3 sessions, 5 sessions , 7 sessions
2.Study: 7 hours, 14 hours, 21 hours
3. Play live: 33 hours, 40 hours, 60 hours

a weekly update:

I've worked out 3 hours (minimum), played live 37.25 hours (target), and studied 3 hours (way less than minimum).

Weekly goals (M/T/O):

1. Work out: 3 sessions,5 sessions, 7 sessions

2. Study: 10 hours, 14 hours, 21 hours

3. Play live: 33 hours, 40 hours, 60 hours.


Weekly summary: Studied 3.5 hours, worked out 4 hours, played 33 hours.

I hit minimum goals at playing live and workout but was way short on study time.
I'll try to study one hour every day (one hour before and after playing live).

Weekly goals (M/T/O):

1. Work out: 3 sessions,5 sessions, 7 sessions

2. Study: 14 hours, 21 hours, 25 hours

3. Play live: 33 hours, 40 hours, 60 hours.


Summary: Studied 8 hours, worked out 5 hours, 28 played.
Hit target at working out, Studied and played less than the bare minimum.

Weekly goals (M/T/O): Week starts at Sunday 4PM

1. Work out: 3 sessions,5 sessions, 7 sessions

2. Study: 10 hours, 14 hours, 17 hours

3. Play live: 33 hours, 40 hours, 60 hours.
