Bankroll Challenge --- NL2 with hyper aggressive BRM to move up fast
Hello everybody.
I have $30 right now in pokerstars and want to move up quickly to nl10, so Im doing a hyper aggressive BRM challenge.
- We start at NL2 with $30
- We move up to NL5 with $50, and move down with $30
- We move up to NL10 with $125, and move down with $75
My experience in this stakes is like this:
NL2 crusher (god thats so lame lol)
NL5 good winrate winner
NL10 mediocre winrate winner
I will be posting hands and results here.

Very similar story here.
Those 1bb donks tend to be weak/mediocre hands so I raise with my FD, second barrel the scary card + GS.
Now, do we bluff the river here?

you have no showdown so its tempting to bluff but, idk against a whale, but in most spots its -ev to bluff with missed fds. you block the hands you want v to have and in this spot, a sticky whale isn't folding even a K to a bet. you could potentially overbet bluff in some spots but that's speculative af and would just be spewing against most players who aren't massive stations calling down with say QJcc/ JTcc, but that folds turn and is only 2 combos of hands. c/f the hand and move on to better pastures imo
gl on the grind, i'll make sure to follow your progress bud!
Hey!
HAND 1
UTG has 3.5bn left on the turn. Just bet and move on.
HAND 2
SB is a rec player, so don't bluff on the river. He would have folded on the turn if he was afraid of the ace.
HAND 3
4Bet bigger preflop against the whale.
Not a very good card on the river, so I would take a showdown for 1bb.
HAND 3.5
Well played.
GL!
