(25NL) Nit&bad reg trying to improve!!
Hi guys =D
After many years of recklessness and mediocre results, I've found myself in a pretty bad situation
I'm 27, brokeish and unsatisfied with my life in almost every area. December 31st is a great day to make empty promises, so here I am!
I currently play 25NL zoom on GGPoker (I'll probably switch to another site soon, though) and my results are okay. Low sample, but this is from the past 3 months
+around 350 in rakeback
4.4 ev bb/100, a terrible red line and a very low volume
Online poker is a great opportunity for me, as the dollar value is at an all-time high here in Brasil. Earning one or two thousand bucks a month is already a great salary here.
With that in mind, I'll try my luck at the poker tables full time, and hopefully climb up to the mid stakes (50 and 100 NL) by the end of the year
Goals for 2025
> 1.5M hands (125k/mo, ~4k/day) Pomodoro grind 25-5
> Daily study: review and discuss hands, watch videos (I'm part of a cash game community created by the Metagame guys) and study theory (I'm a complete noob about GTO)
> Improve my mental game - I get too emotionally attached to pots, even if it's a standard cooler like KK vs AA and I give too much importance to short term results
I'll share my results, interesting hands, improvements on my game and anything else I find relevant
