I purchased the pro license about a year ago, and it now says activation required. But when I use the code emailed to me, it says the license has already been activated.

Pretty frustrating that you purchase a software and you constantly have to fiddle with it to get your license to work.

This problem only exists under MacOS, and there is nothing similar under Windows.

This is due to the fact that Mac has made such changes that after the each system update, the program perceives the system as new one.
I am working on the problem, but there are some difficulties.

In the meantime, I try to deactivate the licenses as quickly as possible and it takes usually several minutes.

Just wanted to follow-up that they responded within a few hours and resolved the issue.

Might be worth allowing users to deactivate our own licenses since this seems to be a recurring issue....I don't use the software too frequently, so when I do have the time to use it and have to wait several hours I miss my window. For example, yesterday my poker room was slammed so I had to wait a few hours for a seat. Wanted to brush up on my 5-card ranges to prep for the session, so even though it was a quick resolution, I had missed my chance to use it.

Running into an issue with hand ranges. Seems like the software is ignoring suit filters when specifying percent of range.. See screenshots - if I specify a hand range and change from all suit categories to four suits, etc, nothing changes in the hand group window or in the number of hands in range.

It works by using brackets when dealing with all hands (for example, [**][***]), but the asterisks are replaced by '5%' when specifying top 5% of hands, so doesn't appear any way to designate suits within a specified range.

Is there any way to filter for 4-card rundowns in the 5-card version?

I'm working on pre-flop ranges and trying to organize preflop holdings into categories. So far, I've ben able to groups by 2 pair hands, one pair hands, and a variety of 5-card rundowns (no gap, single gap, double gap).

I believe I can also filter for playable hands that have no rundown (for example, AsKh9s8h5c) by using the /np (no pair) filter and the 'not' filter to exclude all the rundowns (/rd00, /rd01, /rd02, /rd03, /rd11, /rd12).

But I can't figure out how to create a range of hands such as AKQJ3 or JT972. Any suggestions?

At the moment, there is no automated filter in the 5 card version for 4-card rundowns.

But you can use something like that:

AKQJ!T, KQJT!(A,T), QJT9!(K,8) etc.

You can use this syntax:

5%& [**][***]
