GTOx Subscription Issue
Hi there
I have an issue with my GTOx subscription that I'm hoping someone in this forum will be able to assist me. I'm posting here because I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer support at GTOx.
I purchased a monthly subscription to the app, however, my account says that I do not have an active subscription.
I've tried emailing support several times but have received no response to date. It's now been over a week since I purchased a subscription and haven't been able to use it.
This is very frustrating! I assume I haven't been scammed but the lack of customer engagement or support is worrying.
Please does anyone know who I should try contacting to get this resolved?

They have an FAQ on the website. Go to the third page in the FAQ and go to the discord link.
I emailed them with a question about purchasing from them months ago. I never heard back.
