I did get this from customer service:

"The short answer is HUDs are not permitted on Natural8. However, if you have Hold'em Manager (HM) and Poker Tracker (PT) running in the background as you're playing on another platform, it will not affect your account on Natural8. Reason being, these two HUDS are not compatible with Natural8."

since DriveHUD doesn't work with Natural8/GGPoker either, I would assume it's fine to have it open... but I also understand if you might be cautious

Yes, again, based on their response, it sounds like you should be OK. You can always point them to their answer, but it's still a use at your own risk situation since we can't control their response.

Just an FYI, I got confirmation that someone on the dev team removed this. It was restored in the latest build if you go to settings - database - update.

Does DH2 miscalculate AIEV, when opponent makes a cashout on Ipoker?
As far as I can tell, it calculates EV, on what the pot would be, if the opponents cashout were actually removed from the pot.

eg. I got AI and lost for 100bb in 200bb pot with 43%. That should be around 86bb under ev, but DH2 says 47bb
AI and won for 42bb in 85bb pot with 18%. EV should be 70bb over, DH2 says 120bb over (more than the pot).

If it's a known problem, and it cant be fixed is there an easy way to edit a hh in DH2?

I can't say without looking at a hand. I can say, that no matter how AIEV is set, someone isn't satisfied. Send a hand to support and they can check.

I don't think support is reliant upon us in any way. It's an independent tool.

The dev team updated me today about this. It looks like DH didn't take into account cashout. It had a general cashout that worked w/ most sites, but I guess not specifically for ipoker. Looks like they added it, so it should work ok now. It will likely be in the next build. Ty for sending the info.

No, not yet. We are adding support, it's in active development, and it will natively be supported by DH2. I'm hoping by the end of next week, but it all depends on testing.
